In-store shopping by appointment only

We do not have walk-in shopping.

Appointment Policy 

Please give us 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment.

Come alone please.

Your appointment will be approximately 50 minutes in length.

Exchange Policy

No Refunds. Exchange by email request only. We do not have walk-in exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please email fit@sfys.com within 7 days of purchase. Exchange will be considered on unworn bras with tags attached. Items with a scent from your body, fabric spray or residence will not be accepted. If your purchase doesn't fit, carefully wrap it back up and put in a ziploc bag and email fit@sfys.com.

Goods for exchange will be set aside for 24 hours before review. After review, the goods may be eligible for direct exchange or store credit.

Store Credit may be applied to any purchase of merchandise in the shop.

Underwear, hosiery, bra accessories, erotic wear, exercise bottoms, independant designers, shape wear and price reduced items are final sale.

Credit notes are valid for three years. No expiry date on Gift Cards. Purchases made with Store Credit are final sale. For questions outside this policy, please email fit@sfys.com

Appointment Deposit

Appointment Deposit is put towards your purchase.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Bordelle|Model Traitor fitting deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are refunded if appointment is cancelled 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

The deposit is lost if cancellation in under 48 hours or if you do not show up for the appointment.

Your deposit covers the cost of the fitting service. Additional or return fittings require a new $40 deposit.

Gift Cards - Store Credit

Please treat your Gift Card like cash. SFYS cannot replace or retrieve lost or stolen gift cards. No expiry date on Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be used on the online shop at this time - please email fit@sfys.com to process orders with a gift card. Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards, credit notes and coupons are no longer valid if secrets from your sister inc no longer exisits as a business. For questions outside this policy, please email fit@sfys.com

Shipping

We ship our mail with Canada Post. All packages are sent with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages in transit. All items can be tracked within 90 days of posting. Please email fit@sfys.com if you have not received your package or are concerned about its status.

Alterations

We are not able to do alterations at this time.
