Exchange Policy

No Refunds. Exchange only within 14 days of purchase, unworn, tags attached, with original receipt. Underwear, hosiery, bra accessories, erotic wear, exercise bottoms, shape wear and sale items are final sale. Credit notes are valid for three years. For questions outside this policy, please email fit@sfys.com

Appointment Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Your appointment will be 40 minutes in length. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Appointments are considered a no-show after arriving 5 minutes late but are eligible to be put on the walk-in list. In the event that you miss your appointment or are unable to provide us with 24 hours notice, future bookings will require you to book with at book@sfys.com. 

Gift Cards

Please treat your Gift Card like cash. SFYS cannot replace or retrieve lost or stolen gift cards. No expiry date on Gift Cards. Cards are no longer valid if secrets from your sister no longer exisits. For questions outside this policy, please email fit@sfys.com

Alterations

Alterations are not ideal. Alterations are not guaranteed, and they void all manufacturer warranties. All altered bras are final sale.

Shipping

We ship our mail with Canada Post. All packages are sent with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages in transit. All items can be tracked within 90 days of posting. Please email fit@sfys.com if you have not received your package or are concerned about its status.

Bags

Help us cut down waste. Please bring a bag to carry your 'lovelies' home.
