Appointment Policy : COVID Update

Exchange Policy

No Refunds. Exchange only within 14 days of purchase, unworn, tags attached. Items with a scent from your body or residence will be accepted. If it doesn't work, carefully wrap it back up and put in a bag. Email fit@sfys.com.

Goods for exchange will be set aside for 48 hours before review to meet our safety guidelines. After review, the goods may be eligible fro direct exchnage or store credit.

Underwear, hosiery, bra accessories, erotic wear, exercise bottoms, shape wear and sale items are final sale.

Credit notes are valid for three years. No expiry date on Gift Cards. Purchases made with Store Credit are final sale. For questions outside this policy, please email fit@sfys.com

Gift Cards

Please treat your Gift Card like cash. SFYS cannot replace or retrieve lost or stolen gift cards. No expiry date on Gift Cards. Cards are no longer valid if secrets from your sister inc no longer exisits as a business. For questions outside this policy, please email fit@sfys.com

Alterations

We are not able to do alterations at this time.

Shipping

We ship our mail with Canada Post. All packages are sent with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages in transit. All items can be tracked within 90 days of posting. Please email fit@sfys.com if you have not received your package or are concerned about its status.

Bags
