Appointment Policy : COVID Update
- Please give us 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment.
- Come alone please.
- Your appointment will be approximately 50 minutes in length.
- Upon arrival at the shop, please knock on the door. You will be welcomed and directed to a distanced waiting area where you will be asked to sanitize your hands and put on shoe covers (if it's wet or snowy).
No Refunds. Exchange by email request only.
To initiate an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase. Exchange will be considered on unworn bras with tags attached. Items with a scent from your body or residence will not be accepted. If your purchase doesn't fit, carefully wrap it back up and put in a bag and email email@example.com.
Goods for exchange will be set aside for 48 hours before review. After review, the goods may be eligible for direct exchange or store credit.
Underwear, hosiery, bra accessories, erotic wear, exercise bottoms, independant designers, shape wear and price reduced items are final sale.
Credit notes are valid for three years. No expiry date on Gift Cards. Purchases made with Store Credit are final sale. For questions outside this policy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Appointment Deposit is put towards your purchase.
Deposits are non-refundable. Erotic fitting deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are refunded if appointment is cancelled 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
The deposit is lost if cancellation in under 48 hours or if you do not show up for the appointment.
Gift Cards - Store Credit
Please treat your Gift Card like cash. SFYS cannot replace or retrieve lost or stolen gift cards. No expiry date on Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be used on the online shop at this time - please email email@example.com to process orders with a gift card. Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards, credit notes and coupons are no longer valid if secrets from your sister inc no longer exisits as a business. We are not able to do alterations at this time.
We ship our mail with Canada Post. All packages are sent with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages in transit. All items can be tracked within 90 days of posting. Please email email@example.com if you have not received your package or are concerned about its status.
